The Circle Blueprint Assessment

Dr. Greg Miller is the wizard who constructed the Circle Blueprint Assessment.  His work is a major gift to everyone who wants to benefit from the wisdom and guidance contained in this system.

One of the most difficult parts of changing is seeing what needs to be changed.  Until an issue is identified, how do you even know it is a problem?  How many people do you know who do annoying things without seeming to be aware of doing so?  Some people talk way too much.  Others stand too close to you.  Some people talk only about themselves.   Others seem to be so giving that they never look out for themselves.

Seeing what needs to be changed is the very first step.  That is the value of the assessment.  The assessment starts with some helpful ways of identifying exactly what is in your “Circle”.  You will be asked to rate how you spend your time because how you allocate your time is a pretty good indicator of what is important to you.  If you say physical fitness is important but spend hardly any time in a gym, running or walking outside, riding a bike or swimming in a pool, it is likely that you are fooling yourself.

But, how you spend your time is only one important factor in determining what is in your “Circle”.  It is also critical to know why you do what you do.  Feeling pressured to do things is different from choosing to do them because you believe in them and want to do them.

Next, you will be invited to assess yourself in the four main factors; Independence, Power, Humility and Purpose.  Each of these pieces can be taken separately or you can work your way through the entire assessment at one time.  For each of the four factors there are 5 or 6 sub-factors.  You will receive an overall score for each factor as well as scores on each sub-factor.

This insight will guide you as to where you will receive the most help with the least amount of effort. If you are low on Independence, for example, you can purchase the Independence Workbook at Amazon.com, and turn to the page that is most appropriate for you.  You can immediately start on the exercise that is appropriate for you.
